Join our Canada team as a Compliance Officer for money services businesses (MSBs) registered with FINTRAC. You act as the designated Compliance Officer for client MSBs and keep their AML/ATF compliance programmes running.
ApplyWhat you will do
- Act as the designated Compliance Officer for client MSBs registered with FINTRAC
- Maintain AML/ATF compliance programmes, policies and risk assessments
- Oversee client due diligence, transaction monitoring and record‑keeping
- Prepare and file reports to FINTRAC and support the two‑year effectiveness review
- Advise clients on regulatory changes and support their bank onboarding
What we look for
- Experience in AML/ATF compliance in Canada, ideally with MSBs, payments or crypto
- Good knowledge of the PCMLTFA and FINTRAC guidance
- Based in Canada, with the right to work in Canada
- Fluent English; French is an advantage
- A professional certification such as CAMS is an advantage
